Woke up, fell out of bed

With the dawn of my 11-day Spring Break upon us, I've decided to step into the public world of blogging and bring you the first post of this wonderful, exciting and ultimately financially unstable site. There's nothing really to introduce other than to say welcome and please come back now ya hear. Get on with it!

If you're an Indiana Pacer fan (and who isn't) it can be a painful experience to just open the IndyStar every morning. Another loss, another injured player or maybe someone is harboring
terrorists in his suburban Carmel home. Well today provided some more great news for your favorite team and mine. David Harrison apparently went clinically insane after the San Antonio game Thursday (it was loss, like you couldn't guess) and lost his marbles in the locker room after going ape shit on the court. I should preface this by saying Harrison is a moron...studies have shown this. First of all, he's an awful player. Never lived up to expectations in his four years in the league and he never will. I just don't understand how an NBA player acts like this in a contract year. He's a free agent at the end of this season, yet he gets his third violation for smoking pot, resulting in suspension, and continues to act like a 12-year-old boy on crack (I'm assuming the gateway drug has led him to other things by this point of the season) when he picks up a foul on the court. Who's his agent? Get this guy some help so he might be able to play in the NBDL next year. Just announced he was suspended one game. Basically it comes down to Harrison being a dickfor.

Boxers...not briefs
Clever headline right? Yeah I'm full of genius things like that. Here's some links...

The devil Heather Mills does something good by taking all of Paul McCartney's money. Beatles on iTunes soon!

Good column by my former colleague Mr. Phil Friend at the now defunct Daily Sun. Comcast is on notice with me right now. AT&T is getting a phone call next week for sure.

The Bill Simmons podcast is back and with BSU alum Jason Whitlock as they discuss HBO's The Wire. Never seen the show but it's on its way to my apartment via Netflix. A certain photographer friend of mine swears by the show, but we all know photogs are for the lack of better word...dumb.

You tube...no you're a tube
If you haven't been following the Kimmel, Matt Damon and Ben Affleck videos, you're missing out. I'm Matt Damon.

Well, that does the first edition of this blog. Hopefully they'll be more segments and more cool things as this one was pretty devoid of both of those things. Peace!
